Upon placing my order, how long will it take to arrive?
Deliveries take from 2-7 business days depending on your location.
Once your order has been shipped, our courier will contact you to agree on a delivery time that would suit you best.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order through; Online Payment, Cash upon Delivery (Orders in Cairo, Egypt) and installments up to 60 months by VALU.
How can I make sure that my order went through?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the product you have ordered and the estimated delivery time.
How do I place my order on the website?
Placing an order on our website is very simple and quick! All
you need to do is follow these 3 steps below:
1. Add your favourite items to your cart.
2. Enter your delivery address, phone number, and email address
3. Press"continue to shipping"
And there you have it…Your order will be successfully placed!
Are your products pure Gold?
All our products are 18K solid Gold and stamped by the Egyptian Jewelry Stamping Authority.
How can I know the weight of a product?
All of CIEL products are sold by piece and not by weight.
How can I assess the authenticity of a product?
We are always keen on providing the highest quality and are very transparent in our operations!
All of our products are stamped by the Egyptian Jewelry Stamping Authority and all Diamonds are guaranteed by printed certifications, which are delivered with each order.
Shipping
Where do you Ship?
We offer Worldwide Shipping. Just make sure you enter your exact delivery address upon placing your order and you will find us delivering right to your doorstep. However, Cash on Delivery is only available in Cairo, Egypt.
How much are shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location:
- Deliveries in Cairo cost 180EGP.
- Deliveries outside of Cairo and all over Egypt cost 280EGP.
We also have FREE SHIPPING for orders in Cairo amounting more than 14,000 EGP.
Exchanges & Returns
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order through the following steps:
Go to the "Contact Us" section on our website enter your full name and email address write your message to request a cancellation of your order Tick "this is urgent"
We will then process your request and cancel your order.
Can I exchange my jewelry for another one?
Yes, we accept exchanges. However, our exchange policy varies depending on how much time has passed between the delivery of an order and the request for exchange:
- Exchanges within the first week of delivery are free of charge.
- Exchanges within the first year of delivery are subject to a 30% price deduction.
- Exchanges within the second year of delivery are subject to a 40% price deduction.
Price differences between new and exchanged items shall be considered for all exchanges.
Shipping and transaction fees may apply.

Can I return my order?
Orders can be returned according to our return policy:
- Returns within the first week of delivery are free of charge
- Returns within the first year of delivery are subject to a 35% price deduction
- Returns within the second year of delivery are subject to a 45% price deduction

How can I exchange/return my order?
Once an order is delivered, it has to be accepted and paid for. You can then exchange/return it.
All Ciel products are eligible for Exchange or Return, after being examined by our experts to ensure the product's condition.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
