All returns and exchanges are handled exclusively at our Head Office in New Cairo and NOT through our shipping partners.

we offer exchanges and returns with specific conditions based on the time elapsed since delivery.

Exchanges/Returns Within 3 Days of Delivery

• Request Period:

You have 3 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.

• Requirements:

1. Provide your order number when requesting an exchange or return.
2. Returned products must be unused and include all original packaging and documents (Receipt, Certificate of Authenticity, Dust bag, Carton box, etc.).
3. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items have been used or are missing original packaging.

• Refunds:

1. Once your return is accepted after our quality inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a Gift Card with an additional 5% value (excluding shipping and cash-on-delivery fees).
2. Refunds may take up to 15 business days depending on your bank.
3. If you paid cash on delivery, please provide your bank account details when returning the order for a bank transfer refund.
4. We look forward to accepting your return next Monday or Tuesday between 12 PM and 5 PM.

How to Request a Return

• Receiving Your Package:

1. Ensure you accept the package from the courier, as it cannot be opened before acceptance due to security protocols.
2. If you refuse the package, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

• Request Process:

1. Submit your return request within 3 days of delivery through our online Exchange/Return Request Page.
2. Once your request is accepted, you'll receive an email with instructions for the return process.

Once an order is delivered, it has to be accepted and paid for. You can then contact us for exchanges or returns. 

Please note that requests via social media or email are not accepted.

• Exchanges

Once your return is accepted, your new order will be processed, and any payment differences will be settled within 48 hours.

Exchanges/Returns After 3 Days of Delivery

Exchanges:

Within the first year: Subject to a 25% price deduction.

Within the second year: Subject to a 35% price deduction.

Returns:

Within the first year: Subject to a 35% price deduction.

Within the second year: Subject to a 45% price deduction.

Note: Customized items cannot be exchanged or returned.
