What is covered
At CIEL, we believe fine jewelry should be made to last. Our pieces are handcrafted with exceptional care, and we stand behind their quality. This is why we offer a one-year warranty from the date you receive your order, covering manufacturing defects related to craftsmanship.
What is not covered
The warranty does not apply to lost items, missing parts, normal wear and tear including scratches or tarnishing, damage caused by improper care, fit related issues including an incorrect size selected at the time of purchase, or any alteration, resizing, repair, polishing, or servicing carried out by a third party outside of CIEL.
Warranty requirements
- Warranty duration: one-year from the date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase is required, receipt and any certifications provided along with your order.
How to submit a warranty request
- Kindly submit your request through: Warranty Request Form
- Our team will review your request and reply within 5 business days.
- If approved, you will receive drop off instructions and the next steps for the repair process.
After review
If the issue is covered:
- We will confirm the repair scope and estimated timeline, then proceed once the piece is dropped off at CIEL Studio for inspection and repair. Please note that we do not arrange courier pickups for warranty items.
If the issue is not covered:
- We can still offer a paid repair option when possible, pricing depends on the piece and the condition.
