At CIEL, every piece is designed to be worn, kept, and loved for years to come. To maintain the quality and integrity of our jewelry, all returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be in original condition, showing no signs of wear, alteration, damage, or misuse
- Include all original packaging
- Include the original invoice
- Include any certificates received with the order
Please note:
- All returns and exchanges are handled exclusively through CIEL Studio in U-Venues, New Cairo.
- Once your request is approved, we will send you a booking link to schedule your visit to CIEL Studio.
- Returns and exchanges are not inspected on the spot
- Inspection and approval may take 2–5 business days after the item is received
- Damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized pieces
- Engraved pieces
- Gift cards
Refunds
within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take up to 15 business days from the date the returned item is received.
- Original shipping fees are non refundable.
- Choose CIEL Store Credit and receive an additional 5% value.
Exchanges & Returns
within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items may be exchanged for:
- The same value item
- A higher value item by paying the difference
- A lower value item, with the remaining balance issued as CIEL Store Credit
- Full amount returned as CIEL Store Credit.
Each order is eligible for one request only.
