EXCHANGES/RETURNS Policy
We offer exchanges and returns with specific conditions based on the time elapsed since delivery.
Exchanges/Returns Within 3 Days of Delivery
- Request Period:
You have 3 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.
- Requirements:
- Provide your order number when requesting an exchange or return.
- Returned products must be unused and include all original packaging and documents (Receipt, Certificate of Authenticity, Dust bag, Carton box, etc.).
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items have been used or are missing original packaging.
- Refunds:
- Once your return is accepted after our quality inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a Gift Card with an additional 5% value (excluding shipping and cash-on-delivery fees).
- Refunds may take up to 15 business days depending on your bank.
- If you paid cash on delivery, please provide your bank account details when returning the order for a bank transfer refund.
How to Request a Return
- Receiving Your Package:
- Ensure you accept the package from the courier, as it cannot be opened before acceptance due to security protocols.
- If you refuse the package, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Request Process:
- Submit your return request within 3 days of delivery through our online Exchange/Return Request Page.
- Once your request is accepted, you'll receive an email with instructions for the return process.
Please note that requests via social media or email are not accepted.
- Exchanges
Once your return is accepted, your new order will be processed, and any payment differences will be settled within 48 hours.
Exchanges/Returns After 3 Days of Delivery
Exchanges:
Within the first year: Subject to a 25% price deduction.
Within the second year: Subject to a 35% price deduction.
Returns:
Within the first year: Subject to a 35% price deduction.
Within the second year: Subject to a 45% price deduction.
