How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery time depends on your location.
Orders within Cairo typically arrive within 2 to 9 business days.
Orders to other areas across Egypt arrive within 3 to 12 business days.
We always prepare your piece as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped, the courier will contact you to arrange a delivery time that suits you best.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location.
Delivery within Cairo is 180 EGP.
Delivery to all other areas across Egypt is 280 EGP.

HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and Apple Pay. You can also pay via Bank Transfer or Instapay. Installment options are available through Souhoola, valU, TRU and Forsa.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.
